My name is Krissi Driver… and I’m on an adventure.
This blog is about my most recent endeavor: moving to South Korea to teach English for a year (or a few). You’ll also find my views on pop culture, travel, dating/relationships/sex/etc., and potentially other random things.
But maybe, most importantly, this blog is about ME.
What I think.
How I feel.
Who I AM.
Who I want to be in this great, big world.
Every day, I learn a little bit more about who I am and who I am becoming. I learn more about the world. I become more accepting, understanding, and inquisitive. I want to know everything there is to know about where I am in this moment! It’s exciting and scary, but for the first time in a long time, I feel energized. I’m ready!
For the first time in a long time, I feel like what I’m doing really matters.
Maybe not to anyone else, but it matters to me. And that’s what’s important.
Is anyone cute when they cry? I know I’m not. And oh man I used to love writing history papers and doing all the research. Maybe I should give myself an assignment. Nice to meet you and I wish you well on your new adventure, wherever it takes you.
Thank you, TBM! I wish you all the best on your continued life adventure. 🙂
LOL, I voted for Romney too 😉 I knew we had much in common!
Krissi, I know how difficult it is to discover for yourself who you are and where you stand…..what to defend as important and when to live and let live. I am proud of your blog and wish you well with it. There is something very liberating about releasing your true feelings into words and sharing them with others. You are a fantastic young lady with a true talent for writing and a zest for life. I look forward to following your take on every day living and this fabulous opportunity we each have to make the most out of our time here on Earth. I am certain, you will teach me a thing or two. Good luck!
Thank you, Rhonda! This has all been a big step, but I feel it’s in the right direction!
Thanks for reading and thanks for your follow! I hope you will continue to be entertained! 🙂
I love that you are in Korea. I spent three weeks there in the summer, and later, three winter months. I’ve wanted to return ever since, but I failed to make it a priority. Someday. For now, I will enjoy Korea vicariously through you. =)
Ah, the winter months are brutal! It’s beginning to get bone-chilling cold already this year!
I’m glad you’ve enjoyed my posts! Thanks for reading and following along! 🙂
Pleased to meet you.
